We cannot change or cancel an order once payment is confirmed and processed.

In any event, changes in orders will result in late collection or delivery.

After successful payment online, you will be receiving an order confirmation through Whatsapp/Email. You can proceed to visit our store for self collection. Upon arriving our store, please provide the order confirmation proof for verification.

All orders will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation. You may expect to receive your collection details within 5 working days. High volume of orders during peak or festive seasons may result in slight delay in order processing. Rest assure that we will get in touch with you should your order be affected.
Return and Exchange
Returns or exchanges are approved on case by case basis. Kindly contact us within 3 days of receipt at Whatsapp +65 97292534 or store number +65 2923909 and keep the items in its original purchase condition. This includes packaging and tags.
Sale of personalized products, 999 pure gold and special orders are final and not eligible for exchange and returns.
We apologize for the the defective or damaged items received.
In event that item delivered to you is defective or damaged, please inform us immediately (latest within 3 days from date of received) through Whatsapp at +65 97292534 or store number at +65 62923909.
For self collection in store, please check the items received on the spot. Defective or damaged item is required to return to us on the spot.
Once damaged item is being notified and examined, we will advise you the next course of action.
The following are not considered as manufacturing defects:
- Please expect 1mm to 3mm differences in stated length and size measurements
- Slight colour discrepancies arising from screen resolutions
In the event the product returned is not damaged, we may at our discretion decide not to replace, repair or refund you for the product and/or require you to pay all reasonable delivery and servicing costs.
If item is returned through mailing, it is the customer’s responsibilities to ensure the returned parcel is trackable and insured. We will not be liable for any missing items and postage fees incurred.
Payments
You can make payments through Paynow or Paypal.
Do take note that current legislated Goods and Service Tax (GST) applies for purchases.
Check that the card details keyed on your PayPal account is correct. E.g. the expiry date, card holder name, card number, card type and the security code (CVV).
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please check with our card issuer for more information if issue persists. If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card.

Additional Services
Yes, machine engraving is available for merchandises with sufficient space for engraving. Charges will apply, depending on the complexity of engraving. Please contact us through Whatsapp at +65 97292534 or store number at +65 62923909 if you require such services.
Jewellery Care
Advise to remove jewellery during tasks, sleeping or showering. For example, remove the jewellery pieces to avoid scratches or exposure to cleaning or chemical fluids when doing physical tasks.
Do not wear the jewellery pieces when swimming or spas or chlorinated water might react with the jewellery.
Use jewellery polishing cloth for best results. Use of tissue or paper to wipe the jewellery might cause scratches.
